Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In the case of a product defect, damages upon arrival, or wrong items shipped, the Copper Beetle offers refunds/returns if we are notified within 30 days of your order being marked received. Let us know right away if there was an issue with your order so we can make it right.
- All return items must be in the original condition/packaging with the labels/tags still attached.
- Return items must be in unused, good condition
- For damaged, incorrect items, or defective products, photos must be emailed to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for further inspections
We must be contacted within 30 days of receiving your order for any of the above returns/refunds. Returns and refunds will only be possible for the above scenarios.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, with the exception of damaged or incorrect items shipped, shipping costs on all returns will be at your own expense. There will also be a 15% restocking fee.
