How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 5-10 business days of ordering.

Most orders will arrive between 30-90 days.

Delivery times are approximates and do not include processing time. Holiday season may add onto the delivery times. 

Please allow the estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us with concerns about delays. Note that many of our products will ship from overseas and may be delayed due to customs inspections. 

The Copper Beetle does not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Copper Beetle cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, transit delays, etc.

Can I make changes after I place my order?

As soon as your order is placed, we begin working on it and are unable to make modifications to existing orders at this time. If needed, you can make a new order and cancel your previous order within 3 hours of purchase. Please send us an e-mail at to process a cancellation and ensure that it comes through.

Why was I refunded or partially refunded?

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you and process a refund for that item.

Other items on the order will not be affected will be shipped out accordingly.

I have multiple items on the order. Why did I receive only 1 item? 

If there is more than one item on your order, we will ship out items that are in stock first.
This is to avoid any delays with your entire order. We want to make sure you receive your items in a timely matter. 

Can I return my items?

Returns are strictly for defective or incorrect items at this time. (Please see Returns and Refunds for more info)
